https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pBFn2onhLKlYUkWuMLzNrZG3V6hcSJFC-0yiXBTSiS8/pubhtml This is a link to an online spreadsheet detailing those that are recorded to have died or are missing from the West Yorkshire Regiment (Prince of Wales's Own) from the 1st of July 1916. This data is taken directly from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission database and illustrates known deaths/missing in action only. Please refer to other research for total casualties and injured. What this does illustrate is the shocking toll amongst the 10th Battalions, the 15th Leeds Pals and the 16th & 18th Bradford Pals. The 10th Battalion attacked at Fricourt and suffered the biggest single loss in the British Army that day with 305 dead including 6 from Pudsey (10 officers, 295 NCOs and Private ranks in total). 133 members of the 10th are buried together at Fricourt New Military Cemetery.
