Battle of Arras Centenary

9/4/2017

As part of the Menin 1000 Ride to Remember 2014, the team visited CWGC Faubourg d’Amiens Cemetery in Arras. A stunning cemetery and memorial, this site has at least 39 Pudsey & Farsley lads that are buried or remembered. Each grave of our men was visited, and the list of fallen read out before a wreath was laid on behalf the community. The sacrifice of our young men during the Battle of Arras will not be forgotten.
